by Berry Fei

University studies and research on the health benefits of oolong tea reveal the brew's potential to improve the health of your teeth, reverse signs of aging, facilitate weight loss and promote overall wellness.

Tea has been shown to offer protection to our teeth. Tea is a natural source of fluoride, which is known to protect against tooth decay. The fluoride in tea can strengthen bones and help ward off osteoporosis in the same way that it strengthens dental enamel.Oolong Tea promotes good oral health and minimizes the risk of plaque thereby giving you stronger teeth and a brighter smile.

This is extremely beneficial for younger children, who need larger amounts of fluoride in order for tooth enamel to harden properly. When teeth harden properly in our youth, it protects us from cavities throughout our lives.

For many centuries in China, tea was an ingredient in immortality potions favored by the Taoists. Still today, perhaps as an echo of those beliefs, claims are made that tea drinking helps one to live to a ripe old age.

While it is not the magic fountain of youth, there are some of its benefits which can be said to contribute to longevity ( strengthening the immune system, stimulation of bodily functions, reducing the chance of heart disease and improving stomach functions).

Therefore the health benefits of oolong tea, which is semi-fermented, vary from those offered by black tea with its extensive oxidation process and green tea with its limited processing. There are now numerous research studies that point to the health benefits of oolong tea and regular consumption.

However, even for adults, whose teeth are fully formed, oolong teas fluoride is a great way to protect your teeth. The fluoride found in tea has been shown to inhibit and reduce the growth of glucosyltransferase. This substance helps the plaque that naturally forms to adhere to our teeth. Another study in Japan, specifically the Dentistry Department of Osaka University has found out that regular intake of oolong tea causes the teeth to become strong thereby preventing the decaying of teeth and halting the plaque build-up as well as reducing the growth of glucosyltransferase.

Lose weight today with Wu Yi Pixie Pack

by Collin De Ruyck

The appetite suppressant in Wu Yi Pixie Pack works perfectly. I drink my Wu Yi in the mid after noon everyday because that is when I start getting the munchies and my Fiance drinks it while she is working out at the gym. Before she started drinking Wu Yi Pixie pack, she told me she was always starving when she left the gym, now shes not!

A massive increase in energy is something my Fiance and I both found when we stared drinking Wu Yi Pixie Pack. I personally use to always have to take naps in the afternoon (and even at work which was tricky...lol) and now I no longer do.

The convenience of the little pixie packs.

The container the Wu Yi Pixie Packs are sent in i a bit on the large size, but thankfully the actual packs them selves which hold the Wu Yi and very slim and fits into almost anything you can think of. Each pack contains enough pixie so you can mix it up your standard size bottle of water and have just the right amount.

Not only does Wu Yi Pixie Pack taste like fruit punch, but the fact it is so easy to take anywhere is also a big plus for me. I have even taken some to my family dinner night at my Dad's house because I didn't feel like drinking what was offered. I ended up drinking coffee after everyone that was there tried and loved the Wu Yi Pixie pack. Keep hat in mind if you want people to try it. Bring extra's just encase they become pigs and drink your whole bottle.

Hardly any calories at all!

If you are one of the dieters that counts calories (not all dieters do) you are going to be happy to know that each serving of Wu Yi Pixie pack only contains 7 calories. Not bad eh!
